I am experienced and adaptable across a broad range of therapeutic areas, with project experience in oncology (multiple indications), haematology, ophthalmology, rheumatology, neurology, nephrology, gastroenterology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, dermatology, infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and respiratory disease.

Experience
Since leaving the lab to begin my medical writing career in 2006, I have held medical writing and team lead positions across various medical and value communications agencies, including Envision Pharma Group, Sudler & Hennessey International, and Interlace Global.
Most recently, before making the decision to become a freelance medical writer and founding MedCommsTech, I led the Value Communications writing team at Envision Value & Access (a division of Envision Pharma Group). In this role I supported multiple client accounts across a range of value communications projects, including HEOR publications, value dossiers and payer value decks, as well as maintaining responsibility for resourcing and development of the medical writing team.
My academic qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Biology and BSc in Biochemistry from Cardiff University, UK.
